We deliver across Australia. We don't ship internationally at the moment.
Delivery options
- Standard delivery: $11
- Free standard delivery on orders of $100 or more
- Express delivery: $15
Stock and restocks. Items shown as in stock are sent within our standard delivery times. If an item is out of stock, we restock on the 1st or 15th of every month, so check back then. As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link.
Need it by a certain date? For birthdays, anniversaries and other special days, email us at support@fourloom.com.au before you order and we'll let you know if we can make it in time.
Delivery address. Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may cost another delivery charge.
Damaged or lost parcels. If your parcel arrives damaged, please email support@fourloom.com.au within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. If your tracking hasn't moved for a while, contact us and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
