About our flowers
What are Fourloom flowers made of?
Soft yarn, crocheted by hand. Every piece is designed in Australia and handmade in India.
Do they need water or sunlight?
No. With a little care they stay bright for years.
Will the colours fade?
Keep them out of harsh direct sun and moisture and the colours will stay rich. See our care guide.
Will mine look exactly like the photo?
Very close. Because each piece is handmade, small differences in shape and shade make every one unique.
How big are they?
Each product page lists the approximate size. Mini bouquets are about 15 to 20 cm, classic bouquets about 30 to 40 cm, and jumbo bouquets are our biggest.
Gifts and cards
What is a crochet flower wish card?
A card with a wish printed on it and a hand-crocheted flower or heart stuck on the front. It's a card and a keepsake in one.
Are your products gift-ready?
Yes. Bouquets come wrapped and gift bundles come boxed, ready to give.
Custom orders
Can I choose my own mix of flowers?
Yes. We can make a bouquet that combines flowers from our current bouquets, for example 1 rose and 1 lily. We can only use the flowers already in our range, so we can't make other flowers or new designs. Contact us with the mix you'd like and your date, and we'll get back to you with a price and timing.
Delivery and returns
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Australia. Standard delivery is $11, free on orders of $100 or more, and Express is $15.
How long will my order take?
In stock items are sent within our standard delivery times, and we'll email you tracking when your order ships. If something is out of stock, we restock on the 1st or 15th of every month. Need it by a date? Ask us before ordering. More on our shipping page.
Can I return an item?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll replace or refund it. We don't offer change-of-mind returns. See returns and refunds for details.
